Tracker
Eurasian Lynx
Tracker is a male Eurasian Lynx that was born at Hawk Creek as part of our wild cat conservation program. Tracker is a wonderful ambassador and enjoys traveling to meet new people to educate them about the importance of conserving apex predators—especially the often overlooked smaller species of wild cats. He is a reminder that conservation works— Eurasian Lynx were an endangered species with as few as 700 cats left in the wild between 1930-1950. Thanks to conservation work the population has increased 10 fold. Now this cat is often used as an ambassador to protect their still endangered cousins!
Born at Hawk Creek: May 9, 2017
